The street shelter and furniture have now been installed on site, bringing another part of the Birdwood vision to life. With planting and mulching still to come, the area is another step closer to becoming a welcoming outdoor space for the community.
MTB trails now taking shape
Birdwood’s purpose-built MTB trails are now taking shape on site, giving kids and families even more ways to get outdoors and enjoy country life. Designed by Magic Dirt Trailworx and separate from pedestrian pathways, the trails are another exciting part of the Birdwood vision now becoming real.

Stage 2 civil works are now complete, with streets, services and homesites in place as Birdwood moves another step closer to welcoming more new homes and residents.
